2013 will be my year.

I recently found this little saying on pinterest and it really stuck with me. Lately, I've had so much more vision for my future. I'm really excited about it. One of those visions is to be a dedicated blogger again. I've been meaning to post for so long that somehow the longer I went without blogging, the harder it got to just do it. After some encouraging and motivating talks with Dave, I've decided a fresh start is just what I need. 2013 will be that fresh start. I know a lot of people talk about new years resolutions - some you keep, some barely last a day (if that). Sometimes they are just empty words that lead no where. Goals takes motivation, hard work and persistence. Luckily, I have great people in my life that push me everyday to fight for my goals and dreams.

In celebration of a new year just a few days away, I just added two new prints to the shop today.

You can purchase them here

Hope everyone had a great holiday!

  1. I purchased this Jeremiah 1:5 print today. My cousin, who is like a sister to me, has asked me to be the godmother to her 6 week old baby boy. When she met with her pastor to set up a date to baptise little Gabe, she was shocked when he explained that he was refusing because she and the baby's father were not married. He scolded her for an hour, and followed up the conversation with emails explaining that she just did not feel enough guilt about what she had done. When I saw this print on Etsy I knew it was the perfect lovely thing to give to her to hang in Gabe's room after his baptism next week. Her family has since moved to another church. A sweet reminder that He had us in mind when we were in our mother's woom. Thanks you for creating beautiful things with the gifts He has given you.
